At Atomic Hearts, we aim to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery on our email.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Returns have to shipped by the customer themself as we do not have return shipping facility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn products
- Washed items
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items damaged by the customer
- Sale or limited-edition items (optional)
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit (depending on your policy).
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Incorrect size sent by us
- Damaged product received at delivery
Important Note
Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
